Try next time asking a question with all details so you are not misunderstood. It does not seem to me anyone is trying to scare you. What would they get anyway by scaring.

I sumited my wife's & my I140 and I485 together in this July 2nd, 2007. I'm the primary applicant and in EB3 category. I already got receipt and the requesting for fingerprinting. If i file a divorce now does it going to have any effect on my processing?

Only one booster DTAp once every 10 years. That's all. Man it pains me. After you file, file a medical ethics complaint with INS. Or get his email. I will write to him.
I just came back from doc..and he charged 400 dollars (xray will cost more in next few days. Anyways, he says he need to administer Tetnus 3 times (6 months apart).
I am not sure what he will say in report (which i get in couple of days). But my question to you all is :
When Shots are given with time lag, Is 485 processed normally or RFE happens or do USCIS just wait for all shots to be completed and submission of report by doc before they process anything?

I am still using H1 ( valid thru sept 09 ), and have EAD ( AOS pending ) under EB3 ( PD is Oct 2003). Still with same company.
Over years my responsibilities increased, ( DBA to DataArchitect ) and 1 new employee reporting to me. Will these factors help me move to EB2 ? what will be the procedure?
Please advice.

My Employer is also threatning me that if I ask him for salary then he will lay me off and immediately send me back to India.
can he do like this ?
pls keep all your timesheets signed by your client manager in safe place...just in case if he lays you off, then he needs to give you either notice and pay for that period or severence package if he terminates your employement immediately and also all the back wages for the period he did not pay you till today.
Even though if you do not have timesheets from your client manager, he is still required to pay you but to be on safer side I'd recommend you to keep timesheets signed by the client manager and if required notify the Client and the Vendor(if there is one) about your employer, this way he will loose the business of the client/vendor plus if required you can always fax your timesheets to DOL as well to prove that you have been working at the client side and your employer is getting paid by the client for your services.

I just got my I-140 approval and my priority date is 02/2008. I fall in the "All Charge-ability Areas Except Those Listed" EB3 and the March bulletin PD is 01MAY05. My lawyer is telling me I cant apply yet and since I am 2 semesters away from completing my Master's I should finish the course and just apply in the EB2 class. I dont have the funds to apply for this whole damn thing all over again. Can someone please help!? I've honestly turned suicidal dealing with this BS..

1. You said your I-140 is cleared, that means u might be working currently or did they apply as future employee
2. What does your master's have to do with your EB3 application? if you already filed in Eb3 and your date is current there is no point in waiting for completion of the masters and then filing in EB2. Either the attorney is drunk or you are not giving the entire information.
Please give all relevant info and hopefully somebody can guide you. If you feel your attorney is messing you up, you can file for your 485 by yourself if you company agrees.

This one was really difficult for me to evaluate because of all the openess, but I felt myself gravitating more towards the forms in number 3. Since it was the form that attracted me, I downloaded and cropped to make the fence the focus (since that's what grabbed my attention initially). I think I like the crop sans sky where only the wheatfield ( or is it oats?) and fence posts show the most. I know it has less complexity than the entire photo; maybe I'm just into simplistic and minimalist this week :)

Does anyone know what time it may take for FP notices to arrive for guys whose cases were Xfered to CSC?
BTW, does that make any difference if the 485 case has been transferred from another center to TSC? majority of guys who've got the FP notice are straight filters at TSC.
